Established in 2012, Sichuan Yixi Wood occupies a plant area of 40,000㎡ equipped with five standard 4,000㎡ workshops. Located in Shifang Economic Development Zone with handy transportation access, we also run a 700-square-meter exhibition hall in Chengdu for customers’ on-site inspection.
We integrate R&D, manufacturing and sales, supplying printed base paper, melamine impregnated paper, furniture facing paper as well as matched door panels and moldings for interior doors and all customized household furniture. We are equipped with an independent office building, Chengdu exhibition hall, printing workshop, impregnation workshop and digital workshop to form a closed-loop production system. We independently control the whole process from digital pattern design, decorative paper printing to glue dipping curing. Standard workshops and standardized equipment strictly implement every working procedure. With complete factory hardware facilities, we steadily supply high-quality decorative paper and supporting door products for clients worldwide.

Introduction to dipping equipment: The dipping workshop consists of three dipping lines with a total length of 70 meters.
Daily production of 45000 sheets, customizable sizes according to customer requirements
The pressure plate workshop has a total of four pressure plate equipment.
Two single-layer laminating machines and two multi-layer laminating machines are mainly used for producing door panels and furniture boards.
The softening and hot pressing workshop mainly produces and processes door frame lines.
